Getting Started
- You register an account with us and provide information about your company. This may just be your company name, address and contact information or you may also provide additional questions you would like our receptionist to ask.
- We provide you with your own personal telephone number. When a call comes in to us on this number our receptionists are presented with all your company details on screen allowing them to answer in your company's name.
- You set your existing phone line to divert to us when you require.
What happens next
Your client or potential customer's call is diverted to your personal number. Our receptionist sees on screen your company details and answers the call in your company name. They inform the caller that you are not currently available but would they like to leave a message?
The receptionist takes your callers details and your message is instantly sent to you via email and also, if you require, via text message to your mobile. You can also log in to this site to check your messages from anywhere in the world.
