What happens next

Your client or potential customer's call is diverted to your personal number. Our receptionist sees on screen your company details and answers the call in your company name. They inform the caller that you are not currently available but would they like to leave a message?

The receptionist takes your callers details and your message is instantly sent to you via email and also, if you require, via text message to your mobile. You can also log in to this site to check your messages from anywhere in the world.

BT call divert example

Dial *21*phone number# - to divert all calls
Dial *61*phone number# - divert calls not answered in 15 seconds
Dial *67*phone number# - divert calls when engaged

Note: You may need to contact BT to enable this feature. If you are with a different provider you will need find out from them what divert services are available.
