When you register you provide us with basic information about your company. This information is all available to the receptionist when they take your calls. You can even provide additional instructions to the receptionist by logging in and accessing your company profile on this site. It is not expected that a receptionist would know everything - what is important is that they are courteous and professional, convey the right image for your company and take an accurate message.
Q: Your service sounds useful but what if I dont want to divert calls all the time ?
You can divert in any way allowed by your provider. For example with BT you could divert when engaged or divert when you take too long to answer
Q: How quickly will I receive my messages?
As soon as the call ends your message will be sent to your desk via email and also if you require a text can be sent to your mobile. Furthermore, you can sign into your account on this site to check all your messages at anytime from anywhere in the world.
Q: If a caller asks to speak to someone by name what do you say?
We explain that they are not currently available and ask if we can take a message. You can provide us with multiple contacts for your company when you register. You can update these at anytime by logging in to your account on this site.
Q: What happens if someone tries to call and my receptionist is already answering a call?
We have a number of trained receptionists - if one receptionist is busy another will take your call ensuring your clients are never left holding for an unacceptable amount of time.
Q: What are your opening hours?
Our standard office hours are 8 am - 6 pm. Outside these hours a message is played requesting that your client call back during normal working hours.
Q: How can I check up on my messages if I am on vacation or away?
You can access this site and log in to your account to check your messages from anywhere in the world. If you are on vacation you could simply pop into an internet cafe and quickly check your messages whilst drinking a relaxing bevarage of your choice!
Q: What if I decide not to continue after the free trial?
Call us and let us know you do not wish to continue and we will cancel your account there and then, alternatively, you can write to us and confirm your cancellation. Either way we will never tie you into a contract - we prefer that you stay because of the quality of our service.
